Made for you

Nothing is kept in stock: every item is printed or embroidered after you order, with Energee Fitness Studio's branding and any initials or name you add. Because it is made to order and personalised, it can't be returned for a change of mind. The usual 14-day cancellation period doesn't apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Please check the size guide before ordering. If something doesn't fit, get in touch and we'll help where we can, but we can't promise an exchange on printed items.

Faulty or wrong

If something arrives faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, email hello@fitclo.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it, with your name, what you ordered and a photo.

We'll replace it, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible. We cover the return postage.

Your rights

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
