Who we are

This shop is run by FitClo for Energee Fitness Studio, and FitClo is who you buy from. Kit is made by Zone 2 Apparel, who you can also contact about your kit at hello@z2apparel.co.uk.

FitClo is a trading name of Jake Rowland, a sole trader in England. We are based in Derby, UK; our postal address is available on request. Contact us at hello@fitclo.co.uk.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it. For group orders, that is when the organiser submits the order and we send the invoice.

Prices are in pounds sterling and are as shown when you order.

Shop orders are paid by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) when you order, on Stripe's secure payment page. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through, and nothing is made until then.

If we need to refund you, it goes back to the card you paid with.

Group orders

Group orders are collected through a shared link and checked by the organiser before they are submitted. We invoice the organiser or organisation for the total, payable by bank transfer. Production starts once the invoice is paid.

Items with a minimum order are only made if the group reaches that minimum, unless agreed otherwise.

How each person pays the organiser is between them and the organiser.

Your kit

Colours on screen can look slightly different in real life, and print position can vary by a small amount between garments. Product photos show the blank garment with the logo placed digitally.

Energee Fitness Studio confirms it has the right to use the logos, names and any other artwork printed on its kit.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the price of the items involved, except where the law says otherwise (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
